Due to exceptional growth, they are currently on the market for a Maintenance Labourer to assist on a range of projects around metro Brisbane
Reporting to the maintenance manager each day you will complete repairs and maintenance works for high-profile clients. You will collaborate effectively with external trades to provide exceptional customer service and successfully deliver a wide variety of maintenance works to the highest standard.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
- $32-$36 per hour + super
- Additional meal allowance (over 9.5 hours on a shift)
- Daily travel allowance ($20.32)
- Time and a half and double-time rates paid for overtime
- Weekly pay
- On-going roles
- Carry out various repairs and maintenance works (e.g. lock changes, plaster & door repairs, basic painting, tiling, etc.)
- Execute works with efficiency and attention to detail, to the highest standard
- Ensure compliance to WHS best practices, Promp’s Code of Conduct and client requirements
- Approach all tasks with initiative, resourcefulness, and ownership
- 12 moths Building industry experience.
- A current construction Industry White Card
- Competent using all power tools
- Having experience in developing and executing SWMS and Safety Co-ordination Plans.
- Able to provide references
- Carpentry background is desirable but not essential
- Excellent people skills
- Able to work autonomously
