Technical Service Manager [China]


 
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations for use of current L&L sealants and adhesives for customer projects in APAC.
  • Support testing and characterization of sealants and adhesives from both L&L and outside partners.
  • Provide detailed expertise to screen samples of internally developed adhesives and sealants and build technical documentation to support the successful launch of those products.
  • Visit new and existing customers to find opportunities to apply our products to solve customer issues and when appropriate support technical sales efforts and meetings at key customers.

  • Support resolution of customers concerns and product complaints, via e-mail, telephone and in person visits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training and line trials across adhesive and sealant product lines at L&L and customer facilities.
  • Supply input to R&D for new adhesive and sealant developments based on customer requirements obtained.
  • Travel with sales personnel to act as a technical sales resource during customer visits.
  • Other tasks assigned by superior.
