Customer Care Executive [India]


 

You will be responsible for handling all customer interations- including queries, complaints, updates, follow ups & lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls, Whatsapps & emails for customer queries & complaints.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Basic computer skills- emails & whatsapp
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
