Our Client is a Fortune 500 Company and is one of the largest integrated refiners, marketer of petroleum products and chemical manufacturers in the world.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing on the project according to the specifications and deadlines.

- Creates and reports project status and allocates resources as needed.
- Defines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns.
- Communicates and interfaces with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
- Integrates Development Planning and Sub-surface Team work products into overall project plans
- Works with functions to identify and resolve Key Issues
- Leads Project Team and Project Leadership Team (PLT)
- Responsible for selected co-venture, commercial, and government relationships with respect to the project
- Prepare project execution plan including start up and documentation as appropriate
- Leads team and works with functions to identify and resolve Key Issues especially during start up.
- Prepare a final report to summarize start-up problems, solutions, and recommend future improvements and lessons learned for inclusion in Report out
- This is a Senior Project Manager level.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, discipline appropriate certification(s) or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in a closely related position
- Proficiency in most Project Management skills (e.g. execution planning, project controls, planning & scheduling etc.)
- Experience in one or more technical disciplines (Marine, Facilities, Subsea, Pipelines, Structures, etc.)
- Track record experience in the field of lubricants / petrochemicals industries
- Knowledgeable of Project Completions activities and typical start-up practices including typical Systems Completion Database software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
