Your tasks
- Processing of customer inquiries via telephone and email
- Conducting house tours and sales talks
- Detailed arrangements with the customer in person and via telephone
- Preparation of corresponding event offers and contracts
- Coordination of internal event-relevant details
- General Sales and Event Sales Support
Your Background
-
- currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management or Tourism Management cours
- professional attitude towards the job, fun, creativity, passion for hospitality
- exceptional guest- and serviceskills
- high flexibility, teamplayer, being able to adapt to changes quickly
- beeing able to speak conversational German (e.g. Level B1)

This Internship needs to be a mandatory internship via a Hospitality University. The monthly salary will depend on your qualifications, however we comply to the Austrian collective agreement for the hospitality industry, so that a minimum of 1075 EUR gross per month is guaranteed.
