About the Operations Director Role:
Reporting to the CEO of the company, the Operations Director (Hospitals) shall lead multi function teams of more than 300 staffs. The main base of the position is in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the business turnaround project
- Support new clinics development projects such as getting involved in medical, financial and operational planning
- Act as Business partner and provide expertise for business development
- Lead and ensure operational excellence and service excellence in all sites of the company
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a Medical Corporation, Hospital or Clinic is required
- 10 years of experience in Hospital Management, Business Administration with similar scope
- Good people and cross- cultural skills
- Knowledge of legal regulations related to hospital operations
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing
- Be good at communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English. Able to present attractively with a large group.
