PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for a part time administrator for an immediate start to support our growing team.
Your job will be to provide admin support to our managers, colleagues and coordinate all daily administrative activities.
The selected administrator should be highly organised and able to multitask with ease.

Duties Include:
· Answering and managing all incoming telephone calls and emails.
· Typing letters and memos.
· Sorting incoming mail.
· Organising and filing documents to the relevant areas within the company’s cloud location.
· Assisting the finance team with data entry in multiple areas of the business.
· Using system workflows to have invoices approved and authorised for payment.
· Generating invoice queries and liaising with suppliers to resolve any issues as required.
· Booking and receiving couriers.
· At times other ad hoc administration duties as required relevant to the role.
Skills and Experience:
· Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
· Ability to demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
· Strong organisational and time-management skills.
· Excellent attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving through balanced decision making.
· Self-motivated with can do attitude and a clear focus on delivering excellent Customer Service.
· Proficient in Microsoft office products.
· Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers and phone systems.
· Experience using Big Red Cloud Accounts is desirable but not essential.
Hours of work:
Approximately 24-32 hours per week.
Salary:
Is dependent on experience.
