Job Description
Personal Assistant x4 days per week:
- Provide support to Deputy Directors in their contribution to the leadership of the organisation.
- Enable both roles to effectively lead their departments and achieve organisational priorities.
- Proactively management diaries and programme of activities.
- Schedule and plan meetings, conferences and travel (home & abroad).
- Inbox management.
- Collate and distribute agendas, minute meetings and follow up action points.
- Provide secretariat support to committees.
- Some financial management, project support and FOI requests.

- Outstanding time management, prioritisation and organisation skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Highly IT literate and proficient in the Microsoft package.
- A natural team player.

- Temporary - ASAP start for a 3 month duration
- Hybrid working in London - flexible with days on-site and home
- £18.35 per hour + £2.21 holiday pay = £20.56 total hourly pay rate
