Maple is a family run business, based on John Street, Porthcawl, South Wales in the UK. From delicious chocolate to gold rings, greeting cards to children’s toys, we stock a huge range of top quality world renowned brands. With everything we do we put the focus on our customers, to ensure we give them the best shopping experience, whether they come into our stores or shop online.
We are looking for an individual who is confident, organised and possess great attention to detail to join our team as a website packer. With a fast growing website this position involves picking website orders, packing and creating labels. The ideal candidate will show a desire to learn, have excellent IT skills and be an all round team player with a can do attitude.
We have positions available for an 8 hour or 12 hour contract for shifts during the week and weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders over the phone, in-person and online.
- Carefully picking orders.
- Packing orders carefully and correctly.
- Using our postal label system
- Using our Epos till system
- Handling payment
- Managing stock & deliveries
- Product knowledge
- Answering customer questions and handling any customer issues.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week
Salary: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
