We are currently recruiting for an experienced and competent Medical Typist Team Leader to lead, coordinate and deliver an effective and efficient clinical transcription service for Te Whatu Ora – Taranaki.
Training and developing staff to an acceptable level of competency to enable provision of an optimum service for our patients and to oversee all relevant critical elements of management of the service for our organisation.

Moū - About you
We are looking for someone that has the following attributes:
Advanced Microsoft Word processing and computer skills.
Experience in Winscribe transcription (desirable)
Understanding or knowledge of medical terminology (desirable)
Proven leadership or supervisory experience, minimum 3-5 years in a Team Leader / Line Manager role
Experience working collaboratively with and developing cohesive work teams
Strong communication and planning skills
