As a Marketing & Operations Administrator,
You'll provide essential support to both our client's marketing and operations departments. You'll assist with marketing campaigns, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication within the team.
Some of the things we’d expect you to do are to…
- Manage the end-to-end process for Client Contract Amendments, including internal communication and database administration.
- Coordinate non-standard Client Contract Reviews with an external legal partner.
- Manage national inbox and direct the enquiry to the appropriate agency (Including messages from Office HQ).
- Database maintenance - client file merges, name changes, uploading PDs and Ref templates, opening files to other verticals.
- Email marketing list management.
- Bulk SMS platform list management.
- Internal marketing communications (new team member announcements across multiple channels, anniversaries, etc).
- Marketing and social media management portal platform content management.
- Responding to requests from the generic marketing email inbox.
- Email marketing campaign creation and management.
- Website Assistance.
- Assist with general enquiries
- Other general marketing administration tasks.
We would need you to be or have the following…
- Two or more years of experience in an administration and marketing capacity.
- Experience with email marketing, particularly MailChimp (or anything similar), and social media management.
- Good MS Office 365 skills (especially Excel & Word).
- Open-mindedness to learn new software systems (eg. HRIS, CRM etc).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage others, both virtually and in person.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptionally organised, with strong time and self-management abilities.
- Highly flexible and can adapt to change.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to Php26,000.00 per month
